Thought of The Day
June 02, 2017
Some people love to brag about their problems or health condition, while others choose to be brave and just share their insecurities and problems with their loved ones, seeking real support and love.
Personally, seeing so many bloggers trying to gain more followers or "virtual affection" through these "methods" makes me sick. It believe it's just...wrong! Having absolutely no personal life and sharing absolutely everything online is quite sad and it might be devastating for your mental health too - let's be honest, no one really cares - from pity to genuine care is a huge step. I agree, some stories - with happy ending - are worth telling so others can learn and begin to be brave and get over their own sh*t. But a continuous journey of negativity and victimisation, sprinkled with some wanna-be self-confidence at times is just not working. Sorry guys, but I'm not actually sorry for you.
If something's troubling you - anything from food disorders to mental health - seek for professional advice, not for pretty illusions in the pages of your favourite blogs. We are all unique, our experiences are as unique as we are and our bodies too. Be real and be brave.

I would never think to pair a long blazer with a midi skirt, but it looks amazing and works wonderfully.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I'm quite tall so wearing midi skirts feels...relaxing in a way. Have a wonderful week!
